The adult programme is specifically designed for students aged from 12+

Designed on educating students in self control, self respect, and goal setting, combined with perseverance and determination.

We concentrate on helping students become self disciplined while overcoming obstacles to achieve higher goals and to improve student self confidence.

Our challenging syllibus encourages mental and physical development which offer exciting and energetic classes that inspire our students in everyday life.

The programme consists of the following:

-> Sparring (and sparring class for those who want to attend).
-> Grappling.
-> Boxing.
-> Self Defence.
-> Fitness for beginner and advanced.
-> Classes split by ability (white belts, beginners, intermediates, advanced).
-> Bag and pad work.

Sport Karate and Kickboxing also reduces and relieves stress. Its rigorous workout - controlled punching and kicking movements carried out with the discipline and skills required for martial arts - can do wonders for feelings of frustration and anger.

Practicing kickboxing moves can also help to improve balance, flexibility, coordination, and endurance.
